Landscape Construction/Masonry Foreman Established Landscape Company in Northern New Jersey is looking for a Landscape Construction Foreman. We are seeking the right individual to run all aspects of a construction project. This supervisor must be able to run a project from layout to completion with-in set job parameters. Individual must be able to read plans, operate equipment, have a valid class A license, masonry experience and have strong knowledge of plant material. This person should be able to set elevations, build retaining walls, and construct patios while working with all types of materials. Knowledge of irrigation and night lighting is helpful. Our ideal candidate should have the following skill set: organized, self-motivated, a problem solver, an excellent communicator, and a positive team leader. We specialize in large hardscape projects and demand the highest quality installations. This management position is also a hands-on, working environment, which will require some heavy lifting, long seasonal hours and being in the elements. Compensation for this position will be negotiated based on experience. Package will also include matching retirement plan, partially paid health insurance, paid holidays, personal days and vacation days. We are seeking experienced individuals to assist on landscape construction projects. Individual must have experience working with pavers, retaining walls, masonry and plants. Knowledge of irrigation and night lighting is helpful. Additional duties will include snow removal. Our ideal candidate should have the following skill set: organized, self-motivated, a problem solver, an excellent communicator, and a positive team player.
