Full Job Description We are looking for a reliable Handyman to undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of various properties around Jacksonville. Deft hands and technical knowledge are important parts of a handyman’s arsenal. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job. Must have truck or van and tools. Responsibilities Drywall repairs Paint Tile work Basic home repairs Repair equipment or appliances Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. tarp roofs, board windows) Identify and report the need for major repairs Skills Proven experience as handyman Experience with hardware tools Ability to work unsupervised Good communication ability Well-organized and apt in problem-solving Attention to detail Job Type: Full-time
