Looking for experienced superintendent for a 114-unit HDFC cooperative : 12 buildings and 5 parks. Duties will include but are not limited to: - supervise a Staff of 3 porters to supervise - perform plumbing and electrical repairs as needed - boiler maintenance - order and maintain supplies - perform minor construction repairs on premises - welcome and inform vendors and inspectors - work with management on various projects Union position with benefits after 3-month probation period. Apartment on premises available in 2022. Full time Monday through Fridays 8AM to 4PM. Please send over resume w/ references.
