Preview Flint Hill's Middle School in this information session with members from Admission, Middle School and current families. We are excited to see you on campus for the Middle School Information Session for which you have signed up on October 13th at 8:00am! We hope you find the information below helpful. About the Event: During this event you will hear from Headmaster John Thomas and Middle School Director Brian Lamont as well as information regarding the admission process. Current parents and students will share their perspectives about the Middle School experience as well. Arrival Time: Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the event. Parking: Please allow ample time for parking and getting to the building in time for the start of your visit. When you arrive on campus, please park in any parking spaces available closest to the entry of the Peterson Middle School located at 10900 Oakton Road, Oakton, VA. If that parking lot is full, please follow the road around to the Upper School visitor parking lot, just past the Upper School building. Check-In Process: Once you enter the building, your family will be greeted at the main entrance to the academic building for a temperature screening and check-in by one of the admission team members. In accordance with our safety protocol, all members of your party must be present and have a temperature below 99.6 to participate in the event. Health Pledge: The health and safety of all our guests and staff on campus is our highest priority. As a reminder, by signing up for this in-person event, you agree to adhere to the following protocols. Thank you! If anyone in your household has experienced any of the COVID symptoms in the past 72 hours, please refrain from attending this event and sign up for the next one (which will happen soon thereafter). We will wear a well-fitting face mask the entire time we are in the building regardless of vaccination status. Bandanas, neck gaiters or vented masks are not permitted.We will maintain six feet of physical distance from people that do not reside in our household.We will not plan to attend a Flint Hill in-person event at this time if anyone in our household has been exposed to anyone with COVID within the last three weeks.We understand that if anyone in our party has a temperature above 99.6 degrees, all members of our party will be asked to depart and to please attend another event soon thereafter.
