Who You Are You are an organized, motivated individual with high attention to detail who is looking for the opportunity to gain long-term employment with an established, growing company. What You Will Do As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader you will be responsible for making weekly visits to provide necessary services and to ensure that commercial and residential properties are maintained to company standards. These services include: weekly lawn mowing, seasonal cleanups, weeding, etc. The Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader will also be responsible for: - Communicating effectively with management, crew members and customers - Notifying management of issues needing attention on customer properties - Ensuring work trailers are prepped with necessary equipment and fuel to complete the days route - Overseeing day-to-day maintenance crew operations Requirements Prior experience working as a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader or Foreman is preferred, but not required. All applicants must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record with the ability to tow trailers and operate company vehicles. Applicants should also be able to maintain a flexible schedule in the event of inclement weather, delays out of our control or a heavy workload. Throughout the growing season, work weeks are generally 35-50 hours per week. Smoking is not allowed in company vehicles or on company property.
