What You Will Do As a Landscape Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for working with other crew members to provide top quality services for our customers. These services include: weekly lawn mowing, seasonal cleanups, weeding, snow and ice management, etc. The Landscape Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for: - Communicating effectively with Crew Leader(s) - Notifying Crew Leader(s) of issues needing attention on customer properties - Loading/unloading equipment and materials necessary to complete the days route - Operating landscape equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) - Operating equipment to clear snow and ice from properties during winter operations Requirements Prior experience working as a Landscape Maintenance Technician is preferred, but not required. All applicants must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record with the ability to tow trailers and operate company vehicles. Applicants should also be able to maintain a flexible schedule in the event of inclement weather, delays out of our control or a heavy workload. Throughout the growing season, work weeks are generally 35-50 hours per week. Smoking is not allowed in company vehicles or on company property.
