In desperate need of help for kids

Honestly I don't even know where to begin.... I have just relocated to Rock Springs WY from Oklahoma city. I am a mother of 5 children (11, 10, 8, 5, and 2) I fled our home with only the clothes on our back, our dog and my 5 kids. We lived 3 weeks at lake thunderbird, from there some very sweet woman put us in a motel 6 for a month and a half. My uncle is letting us stay with him in rock springs as of now. School starts next week (on tue) and none of them have any shoes or school clothes. My uncle has already done so much for us, but trying to get school clothes and shoes is a bit too much financially. Yall I am begging, if any one can help out, it would mean the world to us! Anything at all is greatly appreciated. Hand me downs, holes in them, stains... its all welcome! We literally have nothing.
