Rehoming our male free-roam rabbit

Hello. This is Oliver. He is almost a year old and has been neutered. We’ve had him as a free roam rabbit and he’s done extremely well. He is litter box trained and super friendly. He is really interactive, very sweet and a little love. He is great with kids and has lived in a home with cats. I am looking to rehome him since my kids have not stepped it up and help with his care. Asking a small rehoming fee of $35 to cover the cost of the food and items he will come with.
