Someone fixed my roof, replaced ply and new shingles at 2 ft high across the whole side, and after this "fix" my roof is leaking like crazy, literally pouring across the plywood seam when it rains.
My roof is 32 ft long. Two story.
I need someone to get up there and:
1. tear two or three layers of shingles above the seam,
2. lift the tarppaper and tuck it under existing paper
3. smear the flexi-seal on the seam
4. Install shingles four or five layers going up, tucking last row of shingles under the existing shingles
5. Smear the flexi-seal in place where new shingles are being tucked under old shingles
If you can do it please give me a text or call (text is best in case I missed your call)
