Hey Friends!! Join us as we continue the Sweat & Sip fitness event series...popping up around the Indianapolis area this summer. We're continuing the series of pop-up fitness parties in the Indianapolis area! Group fitness + Socialize over a drink | A social and fitness lifestyle community LIMITED TICKETS AVAILABLE: Buy your ticket now to experience a mat pilates session at Clay Terrace led by instructor Joy Douglas, paired with a chance to socialize over a coffee or tea drink of your choice from Java House! 9:00-9:30am | Sip & Socialize 9:30-10:15am | Sweat - Group Pilates Session 10:15-11:00am | Sip & Socialize *Bring a yoga mat! This class will be fit for everyone, no matter your experience in pilates! Joy Douglas is a NCPT-PMA + Balanced Body Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor with 7 years experience teaching group and private formats. She loves incorporating strength, stretch, balance, and laughter into all sessions. Joy is an ultra Pilates nerd, Passionate about movement, and also a German Teacher at the Carmel Schools. Pilates is a movement practice that incorporates breath, balanced stretch + strength, and mindfulness into each session. Imagine a flowy, physical therapy session that engages muscles you never knew you had, offers a gradient of dynamic rhythm to deep relaxation, and carves out control through your whole being. Most leave feeling 2 inches taller!
