Rehoming beautiful red pitbull/shepherd

It absolutely breaks our heart to have to do this but we have decided we need to rehome our 4 or 5 year old boy, Rabbi. He was attacked by our neighbors Anatolian a couple months ago and since then he has become more frequently aggressive towards our 2 year old GSD male dog. He has instigated 3 bad fights with him, the last one being the worst and deciding factor in our rehoming of him. Before he was attacked he was not aggressive towards our GSD. We would not recommend dog parks. He also would not do well in a home with livestock or cats as he does have a high prey drive and we've never seen him with small children so we wouldn't recommend it. Now that we've gotten that out of the way, he DOES do a great job with my mom's 3 terrorizing shitzhus and pays no mind to them whatsoever. He also does well and loves to play with our non-dominant female GSD. And he absolutely LOVES all people. When he goes out for hikes and walks he has so much energy. Swimming and chasing balls are his all time favorites. You would need 2 balls because he doesn't like to bring them back! Squeaky toys are the way to his heart. But since he is a little bit older, in the house he maintains consistently calm energy. He loves being a lazy couch potato, loves to sleep and will just enjoy simply cuddling on your bed or couch all day and watching TV with you. He loves snuggles, kisses and belly rubs. He is a very well rounded dog that has proven himself to be adaptable to different living situations. He would make the perfect home for a loving couple or single human looking for a loving, loyal, low maintenance and slightly stubborn companion. ;) we got him from haven humane in Redding a year and a half ago. He came in as a stray and he is truly a wonderful dog and we would love to see him live out his life with the right human(s) because we knew he would thrive in the right situation.
