There is nothing like doing yoga outdoors in the fresh air with sounds of nature surrounding you. Check it out for yourself and join us! This soothing gentle class focuses on moving slowly into poses mostly floor-based or seated while emphasizing the use of breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. The slow pace of the class will allow you to gently lengthen muscles and strengthen the body through a variety of movements. Students can also expect a few standing poses emphasizing balance and stability. The practice ends with a long unwinding sequence to leave you feeling relaxed and calm. Perfect for people who want all the benefits of yoga without a strong physical practice including those with little to no yoga experience.
