The Sac General Congress of Women invite exhibiting artists & their fans to gather in celebration & honor of the International Day of Peace In honor of our Congress leader Joan Marie's vision, we will be hosting our "Activism Through the Arts" exhibit reception on the International Day of Peace. This year would have been Joan's 10th year honoring this special day. In the spirit of peace & Joan Marie's legacy, we invite you to come celebrate "Activism Through the Arts" and our amazing participants on this day. Join us for small bites, beverages & desserts as we celebrate the International Day of Peace through, art, live music & spoken word, camaraderie and artistic expression. In order to honor and respect the safety of others, masks will be mandatory and each artist is encouraged to invite their closest friends and family. This is a private event. Please stay home and join us virtually if you are not feeling well or are unable to attend. This is a private event and invite only; admission is based on artist participation in the exhibit and support of artists and the SGCW by friends and family. **Parking Info** When parking in this residential neighborhood please be conscious & considerate of our community. Parking is available up and down 36th & the south side of Broadway – as well as side streets. Be conscious of driveways and NO PARKING in apartment parking lot.
