Sighting: Conure Parrot, MAX?

Conure Parrot (possibly Max) downtown, Saturday morning, calling, very vocal. Saw him through binocs around 1PM on a tall tree on Figueroa close to the Laguna cross street. Attempted to contact the person who posted "Lost Conure Parrot", but the email is undeliverable.
