Community Intention Ceremony "Join the Just be a good person familly and raise the community vibration as we plant actual seeds of intention and growth in the new EMEF Studio and Gallery space. Meditation, breath work, and group energy healing led by Lauren Shields, intuitive coach, healer, and movement specialist. Followed by an open event with music and sacred tea for added experience. " All adendees will leave with their own pot and planted seed, also all are welcome to the social gathering afterwards.
