Fuller): The origin of our fears and anxieties is ultimately thoughts - thoughts about the past traumas, thoughts about a future calamity that might happen. Everything originates with thought. Whether you’re preparing to see yourself on the big screen for the first time or getting ready for the first job interview in a while, this session will help you become aware of the origin of anxious, fearful, and depressive thoughts,and demonstrate how bringing awareness to these habitual patterns of thinking is the most powerful tool we have to overcome destructive patterns. Basic breathwork Meditation for awareness “I Am” exercise Session 2 - Gratitude as a Portal for Healing (August 19 2021 8:30 am - Runyon Canyon Main entrance 2000 N. Fuller): When we are trapped in our minds we easily lose perspective around the blessing that is waking up every single day. Gratitude is the most efficient and natural way to reconnect with our higher selves and ground ourselves in the present moment. Use this mid-week session to take a moment and ground yourself in all of the things each and every one of us has to be grateful for. Basic breathwork Perspective taking Meditation for gratitude Session 3 - Merging with the Universe (August 21 2021 8:30 am - Runyon Canyon Main entrance 2000 N. Fuller): Whether an atheist or Christian, agnostic or Buddhist, we all come from the same place - that is a fact. This place we are born from is loving, peaceful, calm, blissful, and is available to us at any moment. It is our constitutional position. Using the power of visualization experience the bliss of reconnecting with your higher self and experience what it feels like to be connected with everything that is.
