Busy, independent Alameda dog hotel is seeking a part-time Evening Shift Attendant from 3-11:30 p.m. two days per week. We're looking for someone with dog handling experience but will train someone with an interest in working with animals. Candidates should be able to lift up animals up to 35 pounds and work on their feet for 6 to 8 hours per day. Working with dogs is incredibly fulfilling but it can get hectic at times; a patient and level-headed personality is a plus.
Starting compensation is $15 per hour (possibly more for someone with professional dog handling experience). Benefits include paid vacation after 3 months of employment.
