Martin Devlin is one of three dirty cops from Philadelphia. A homicide detective who, along with Manuel Santiago and Frank Jastrzembski, are being charged for fabricating evidence in order to convict an innocent man of murder. It is looking like they did this kind of thing as a habit. Did I mention that the wrongfully convicted man was black? The disturbing thing is that within the group of Christian-fascists that have taken over the Republican party, these dirty cops will be regarded as heroes. MMW
