Shilalis Real Estate: Potential Health Risk

PLEASE BE ADVISED: If you have a showing scheduled the week of August 16 with Morgan Wigden of Shilalis Real Estate, you are risking a possible Covid exposure.  There is an individual in quarantine in one of the residences Ms. Wigden wishes to show on Monday, August 16 at 10am and 6pm. This individual was exposed to someone who tested positive with Covid and they themselves have been showing symptoms since Friday evening.  Ms. Wigden and the landlord responsible for the listing have both been made aware of the situation and have threatened litigation if access to the apartment was denied, even during the CDC recommended quarantine period.  My last correspondence with Ms. Wigden and the landlord, was my agreeing to grant access but making it clear that I would take every step possible to alert the public of the risk being undertaken.  They have not confirmed whether they will go forward with the showings or backdown, but since I am not in a position to deny them access please take this information and safeguard yourself and family.
