Positions available now for full time insulation installers. $20.00 per hour entry level, more per hour with experience. Join our fast growing team of insulation installers and learn from the best insulation techs in Rapid City. We take our work seriously but also belive that your job should be fun and also be flexable when you have family or personel commitments. We understand. You will need transportation to get to our office then you will ride with our installers to and from the job site. The work we do can be taught quickly to someone who is eager to learn and has basic mechanical or carpentry skills. Tasks will include: Load and unload insulation materials Prep work for installation, caulking gaps and installing baffles and chutes Install mesh fabric and vapor barriers Load blower machine with fiberglass insulation Blow fiberglass to correct depth and density Use common hand tools, and staple guns Install pre-cut fiberglass insulation between wall studs and ceiling joists Use ladders, scafffolding and stilts Clean-up of work site Follow safty procedures and guidelines Other Duties as assigned.
