DETAILS:• Stock & service the Greeting Card Dept in the Bel Air/Fallston Walmart• Flexible - set your own schedule within certain parameters• 3-4 days/week; 10-15 hours/week (some weeks more, some less)• Hours fluctuate based on incoming orders, assigned tasks, seasonal activities, revisions/resets, and other needs of the department Minimum Qualifications:• Good organizational and communication skills• Ability to manage time and work independently• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines• Available to work the day(s) before and after card holidays• Occasional weekend availability• Access to reliable transportation• Daily access to Wi-Fi and email• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position with or without reasonable accommodation General Responsibilities (include but not limited to):• Help unpack new orders within 24 hours of delivery• Help complete assigned activities & tasks by the deadline dates• Help maintain department organization to company standard• Set & maintain displays to planogram• Communicate with key store personnel as needed• Maintain a quick and efficient work pace Physical Demands:• Move, lift, push or pull up to 35 pounds• Stand for 3-4 hours at a time• Reach above and below the shoulders• Kneel, bend and crouch• Repetitive motion of the hands and fingers
