JERSEY CITY, NJ — A Hudson County judge struck down Jersey City's Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance in a lawsuit filed by Fair Share Housing Center. The decision allows FSHC's motion for summary judgement in the case to pass, according to the Hudson County View. A judge ruled that the City Council should not have approved the zoning ordinance without discussing it with the planning board. Read the full story at Hudson County View.
