PHILADELPHIA — A teenage boy is missing and Philadelphia Police are asking for help locating him. Cameron Stephens, 16, was last seen at 11 p.m. Wednesday on the 1600 block of Tulpehocken Street. He is described as being 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 146 pounds. Police said he has a small build, medium complexion, black short twisted afro hair braids, and brown eye. He was last seen wearing camouflage shorts, a dark shirt, and black sneakers. Stephens also has an earring in his left ear.
