Seeking help and or assistance

So my situation is this I am in a 2 bdrm apt that's needs work.My kitchen faucet leaks underneath everyday.My landlord refuses to fix it or anything else as a matter of fact.Recently I was diagnosed with diastolic heart failure and applied for SSI and SSDI and am service connected at 10% but I put in more claims so hopefully I can get more % wize.I struggle with alcohol for 10/15 years.When I get stressed irritated worries about housing job etc I drink.i am trying to find a program to help me get a voucher for housing. But really cant afford my apt with what little income I have.I have roommates but cant depend on them to keep a roof over our heads with any money to contribute to rent etc.I have or been trying to sell everything I have to help.Just feels like I cant catch a break in life.Any suggestions ideas will be greatly appreciated.
