We are looking for a full time maintenance person to join our team! This position works both independently and on a team to perform maintenance at residential properties across the state of Iowa, St Louis, and the Kansas City area. Responsibilities: Ability to perform physical labor if needed to shovel snow, mowing or do light landscaping. Must be able to complete light repair work, or carpentry. Conduct on-going programs of preventative maintenance. Take pictures for routines. Winterization on houses Responsible driving across region. Communicate with leader regarding property conditions. Requirements: Must have own truck with valid driver’s license Must have no restrictions on ability to lift. Must be able to stoop, sit, stand, bend, lift, kneel, climb ladders, stairs etc. Pay: $15/hr paid weekly We will supply the trailer, mower, and all equipment required to do the job. We will pay for fuel, oil changes and any preventative maintenance on your vehicle.
