Moving to ICT Apt needed Sept 1st

Hi I am a 30 something female moving from Denver to Wichita Sept 1st. I will need a 1 bdrm apartment in the $400-$550 range. I have a job when I get there which I would make 5 times what rent would be. Only problem is I only have one rental history as everything else was in my ex husbands name. I want to pay deposit, first, second and third months up front when I sign the lease and get the keys. I have one adult cat that is fixed and is strictly an indoors cat.
