Greetings, I own a 3 family house that I live in, located in Auburn, as well as a 3 family house in Lewiston. I have a extensive experience as a builder, carpenter, tradesman and I am able to keep up with most issues that occur. However, my current job has me traveling on a regular basis and sometimes I am away for months. I am looking for a capable and responsible individual that could respond to the occasional issue that may arise. When I'm gone during the summer months this might include lawn moving and in the winter months snow removal. As a side note, I have a single bedroom apartment that is going to be available soon. Work done or time spent being on call could be deducted from rent
