Sax and Upright Bass Needed: Swing/Dance Hall Performance Band

Guitarist seeking Performance oriented Sax player and Upright bass player to form a fun Dance Hall/Rockabilly/50’s style sock hop swing band. This band would cover music, although, I’d love to write and collaborate with writers. Bands I have played with in the past performed for large dancing crowds and we always dressed the part! I live in Scottsdale and would love to find musicians that live within a 30-40 minute drive. Music influences and choices of some of the preliminary covers include songs from artists like: Little Richard Louis Prima JD McPherson The Beatles Bill Haley Sam Cooke The Who Nick Waterhouse The Beach Boys Right now just looking for other musicians who LOVE this music and want to perform it well and have FUN!! I am 36yr old and looking for similar aged folks that like to consistently practice yet aren’t too uptight to cut loose. I have a Spotify Playlist that contains songs in the style from which I would choose the first 10 covers to work on. I don’t have a drummer at the moment.
