Bartender/Home health Aid/Cook/Crowbar/Skilled Labor Omg.... we have so many jobs. Hottest job market in memory. We are a small business that deals in real estate and hospitality. I have also been recovering from leukemia and a bone marrow transplant. Here's the rundown. I packed all my job listings into this one post. -Bartender - The Dalmatia Hotel needs another bartender. Looks like we currently need to fill Saturday night. Weekends are getting rough to keep staffed. This is a position of personality. When I meet you, I need to know that I am now a happier person. Wearing a shirt with no stains cant hurt. -Cook - The Dalmatia Hotel needs another cook. We mostly drop chicken wings in a deep fryer. Simple job. Whining like a B@$#% and complaining how hot it is is not part of the job description. One weekend day required. -Home health Aid - Owner needs round the clock care. When I say owner... I mean family. Client can wipe his own butt... but his house needs some cleaning and he could use someone to help him shop and get around town. Some weekends a must. I have this arcade that needs to be played, So Nintendo experience a must. -Crowbar - Industry term for someone who doesn't know sh$t. Don't worry. We can fix this. Give me a couple years and you can be building decks, or wiring houses or doing kitchen remodels. In the mean time... I have stuff that no one really wants to do; like move stuff from here to there and help out people who know what they are doing. -Skilled Labor - This job is the absolute worst. You have to know what your doing and show up on time. If you tell me you do HVAC then I need to see you install a boiler. If you do plumbing, I'm going to hand you a stack cracker and have you install a cleanout. If you do electrical, I have some commercial wiring jobs you can tackle. What I don't need is a bullsh#tter. I can explain any of the projects in extreme detail and help anyone learning the trade get their foot in the door, but I can't do it for you. Great opportunity to network. All these jobs have a few things in common. -We do not pay in cash. -There is no drinking on the job. -Extremely flexible scheduling, but need to be reliable. -Immune compromised boss. You need your shotz! Pay -We don't pay less than $15 an hour. If I'm pondering how I can pay you less, your probably going to be fired soon. I wish I had another $30 an hour guy (or gal), but If you could make 60 or 70 working for me, then you could have just as easily made 100,000 working for yourself. -Pay is based on how much money you make the company. Disclaimer: If anything in this ad triggered you, its because you live in your mom's basement. Take the chode out of your mouth and strap your work boots on. Time to make it happen. My happiest moment is when I'm giving your next employer a five star recommendation because you owned it. If you have the time to write me hate mail, feel free. It literally feeds me. I read these things at social events. We all laugh at the fact you won't get your covid shot because you think it has a microchip in it.
