Major fixer-upper, needs all new electric (current works, but 60amp, knob and tube,...). waiting to spackle/paint, redo floors, furnish... lathe and plaster walls. Have $1,000 for first round, after a couple days, (hopefully with trust) can come/go, work when you’d like. Pay - you tell me, I’m fair, have f***ed around - qualified, reliable, trust is what’s important. Thanks.
