Working for a large Entertainment Studio in their brand new offices, applicant is is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the office. Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities. Carrying out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects. Job Type: Full-time Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sweeps, Mops, and disinfect all properties. Clean and disinfect all common areas. Areas may include, but are not limited to common areas including kitchens, restrooms, classrooms, staff lounge, convent rooms, main house, etc. Restock all dispensers with soap, lotion, paper towels, toilet paper, sanitizer. Follows disinfecting protocols to ensure clean and safe environment. Ability to use personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, masks, and gloves. Preferred education and experience Janitorial services experience preferred but not required. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for 8-hour shifts and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, standing, and twisting.
