Floor Tile * Remove old stick vinyl floor * Install porcelain tile 48x12 * Cuts will need to be made to accommodate a floor register and toilet. * We have quick set mortar 2-3 hours * Need the finished product grouted * Remove old baseboards * Install new baseboards Tile Around Pre Fab Shower * Sand down Pre-Fab shower ends / dry wall * Install 3x12 tile around the shower ends * Grout along Pay will be for 70 sq ft for all tiling, bathroom is much smaller. Where are you located? What is your availability? Knowledge with floor tile? tile setting? Tile cuts? Do you have access to a wet saw? Do you have access to a cutter for baseboards?
