everything weve looked at seems to fall through. we just need a home to live in. ive become so discouraged with all this. we have income. we will be responsible tenants and follow rules. we have 2 toddlers and my mother who lives with us. we can affort around 1000 a month. no more than 1200 probably. we have to be out of our current residence soon. no where to go. need a home. unfortunately an apartment or duplex wont work for us. like i said, everything keeps falling through. starting to feel like there isnt even a point in looking anymore.
