Looking to star a multi instrumental original band

Hi all, I'm a lead guitarist who wants to branch out. So, I've been in bands before w/ the traditional 2 guitar players, bass, drummer and singer, but it's going in a circle for me. In short, I want to branch out and expand the repertoire to include many instruments(my goal is 18 total). I have over 30 songs which are just sitting here collecting dust with no sound behind them, and it's torturous to me. And I'm tired of playing cover tunes. My ideal vision would be: 1. Lead guitar(myself) 2. Rhythm guitar 3. Bass 4. Drums 5. Vocals 6. Piano/Keyboards/Synth(count this as one instrument to simplify things a bit) 7. Saxophone 8. Violin 9. Trumpet 10. Clarinet 11. Trombone 12. Cello 13. harmonica 14. Mandolin 15.xylophone 16. harp 17. Tuba 18. Sitar(I saved the rarest for last. When I lived in Seattle I found an awesome Sitar player but he refused to play in a band. What a shame!)
