I have a male Scarlet crested parakeet that I need to re-home. Not tame but he’s beautiful and sings quietly. Not a loud parrot at all. Comes with cage, toys, water/food dishes and a small amount of his food to get you started. Yes, I’m asking a rehoming fee. This parrot is very rare.
