Lost Male German Shepherd

My German Shepherd ran away near the Westmoor Apartment building on the early morning of August 13, 2021. He ran away all of a sudden. I guess he was chasing a deer. I waited for a while but he didn't return. I searched the neighborhood but didn't find him. When he ran away, he wore a army yellow tactic dog harness (the one you see on the pic).
