Outdoor Work - Setting Up Tents, Tables, Chairs (Manheim/Lititz) compensation: 13.00$ - 15.00$per hour employment type: full-time or part-time We are a full service Tent Company that serves Lancaster County and surrounding Counties. We are looking to hire someone(s) in the general field of labor. Your job description would include setting up and tear down tents, tables, chairs, etc. Hiring for now, through the 2021 year and beyond. This is a outside and physical job. If you are not in great health, don't have a willingness to work out in the elements, or strong back for work, this is probably not the job for you. We have no set hours but generally always have 40hours. Peak times there can be 55-65hours a week. This position requires working outdoors in all types of weather conditions. For full-time opportunity having a flexible schedule is mandatory. Typical start time is 6am or 7am until 5pm, although those hours are subject to change with little to no notice. Applicants must be willing and be able to adapt their schedule from day to day based on event rental reservations that occur with short notice. No prior experience in the event rental industry is necessary The pay starts at 13 - 15$ per hour and anything over 40 hours is time and a half (19.50$ - 22.50$ per hour). Again this is a outside, physical job and you would certainly want to be able to work outside in any weather. You must have a drivers license and able to provide your own transportation back and forth to work. We are located near the Manheim/Lititz border. We have a great group of guys that currently work with us now and are looking to continue the good morale that we have established.
