Finish Area Below Deck, Put Pavers along driveway

Hello! I'm looking for somebody to finish the area beneath my deck. I would like a roof, a floor, and a gutter system to collect any rain that would usually go under the deck. The idea is to create a play area under the deck for my children, so I'd also like it enclosed with lattice (open to ideas) and to have a door. I'm thinking pavers for the flooring, but am open to ideas. We want the deck stained and sealed (to include prepping the deck - cleaning it beforehand). In addition to this, we are looking for somebody to put some pavers down on both sides of our driveway (this would include prepping the ground and removing some plants). We are looking for labor only quotes, with you providing us a list of all the materials that you need. We are looking at getting this completed ASAP.
