Free rent in exchange for non-profit admin help

Hello, I need someone to help book gigs, setup booths at fairs/festivals, and make hotel reservations. My non-profit teaches kids how to code/computer programming. In exchange for your help you can stay in my extra private bed/bath in my 2bd 2bath apartment. I live in a luxury apartment DTLA called "the met". I've included photos of the apartment and non-profit vendor booth/exhibit for a county fair we attended recently. My girlfriend lives with me in the other bedroom and we work on the non-profit stuff on most days. She's mostly interested in the creative aspects like decorating the booth, so I'm looking for someone who's chill and who's good with the administrative type stuff. Let me know if you're interested. We keep busy and it's a LOT of fun. It shouldn't feel like work. You can travel with us around the country if you want too and it's a good fit. We are very easy going and enjoy every day as much as possible. We bring our cat with us everywhere we go too! -Chris
