We are a Professional Window Cleaning company and need your help. We service commercial and high-end residential customers in the entire Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. We are hiring for our Dallas office. We specialize in quality Window Cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing services. We insist on training and certifying all our staff. You will be required to adhere to grooming standards, teamwork principles, a smoking policy, drug testing, background investigations, and working Saturdays per request. This position would start immediately. Every team member must have a valid driver's license and must not have ever been charged with a felony. We are looking for a person who wants to make a good future for them self, is physically fit, able to work long hard hours, enjoys working outdoors, can be an ideal representative of our company at all times, can interact well with clients and other team members, and is able to safely carry a 30 to 40 foot extension ladder if needed. NOTE: This opportunity is not for anyone afraid of heights. Successful candidates are typically good with their hands, take pride in their work, and have an eye for perfection. Our clients invite our crew members into their homes and appreciate clean cut individuals with good hygiene and grooming habits. We are looking for unique team members that want to build a long-term relationship with us and our customers. Those who do well with us tend to have good moral ethics and an outgoing positive personality. Depending on the work load and business season our technicians average between $800-$1500 a week. Offering a $500 Bonus upon completion of Training and working a full month with no absences and timely arrival.
