Local cleaning company that provides post-construction clean up. is looking for an experienced reliable cleaning crew that can work as subcontractor on various projects in the area. We service general contractors and builders that includes both residential and commercial New Construction/Remodel/Renovations • Rough Cleaning – Rough cleaning is performed before subcontractors come in to do their work, such as painting and installing flooring, fixtures and cabinets. Rough cleaning covers tasks like picking up small debris and trash; removing stickers from windows; sweeping and damp-mopping floors; and dusting and damp-mopping surfaces. • Final Cleaning – Final cleaning is done once the construction process is entirely complete, prior to final walk-through and receipt of the Certificate of Occupancy. Our final construction cleaning services include top to bottom dusting of all surfaces; vacuuming, sweeping and mopping all floors; cleaning the insides of desks and file cabinets; sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms; polishing stainless steel surfaces; cleaning windowsills and frames; and washing all glass surfaces. • Touch-Up Cleaning – Touch-up cleaning is not required for all projects. Typically, it is done after a final cleaning because there has been a delay in the occupancy of the building, or to touch up after a revisit of a returning contractor. .
