We are looking for a dynamic handyman who is able to effectively communicate with tenants, landlords, buyers, sellers, agents, and the corporate office. The right person for the opportunity will be someone who is great at talking to people and loves being very busy. Job Description: Own tools Work independently Work with an online calendar and office manager for your daily schedule Use a cloud based software program for communicating work progress (ZInspector) Professional appearance (Company Tshirt provided) Run service calls Rent ready renovations Will be paid via direct deposit to bank account • Perform small to medium restoration/handyman jobs thoroughly around rental properties. • Less than $1,000 repair and assessment work. • Miscellaneous jobs could include: o Drywall. o Texture. o Interior Painting. o Exterior Painting. o Stucco. o Cabinet Installation. o Miscellaneous Plumbing. • To report daily to office team for new projects. • Other handyman duties to be assigned by management and coordinators. Job Requirements • Clean driving record. • Provide your own transportation. • Must have experience. • Great communication skills. • Pass Background & Credit Check. • Pass Drug Test.
