Need to rehome 6 year old cat

I am looking for a good home for our cat. She is about 6 years old. She is very friendly and sweet. I cannot keep her because i’m moving. I am not sure if she is up to date on shots. She was an indoor cat, but she has been outdoors for the past few years. If you are interested, a small rehoming fee applies. I would also like a vet reference if possible. She is a wonderful cat and I just want her to go to a good home. Please text
