Need a vaccinated caregiver

I am looking for 2-3 people to help take care of my parents. You need to be vaccinated and know how to take care of the elderly. Prefer a cna/pca but will train the right people. You don't have to be a cna/pca but you need to know how to give a shower, cook breakfast, lunch or dinner, wash dishes and be safety minded. My parents are elderly and my father has had some mini strokes. Most care is for my father, mom just needs medication reminders. Pay depends on if you have certification or not.
