I have a 2 year old green male(surgically sexed) Quaker parrot. He is not tame right now but was a handfed baby. So he could be a pet again with time and some work or would be a great candidate to pair up with a female. I was told he carries colors in his genes. Asking 450obo no cage just the bird and I’m willing to deliver him within the Rockford area
