You will be responsible for handling service requests for residents and making improvements to vacant apartments to prepare them for market-ready status. You will be expected to represent the company in a professional manner at all times including providing excellent customer service and responding to resident requests and concerns in a timely manner. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; Trade school and/or military training a plus. • General maintenance experience (i.e. plumbing, electrical, carpeting, and painting, etc.) strongly preferred; willing to train • CPO preferred, or must be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment • Valid driver's license along with good driving record and auto insurance is required PLEASE APPLY DIRECTLY:
