Rehoming Family Cat

I am trying to rehome my one year old female cat. She is very outgoing and loves to be pet. She’s very playful and gets a long with dogs and other cats. She is not currently spayed and just had kittens a few months ago. Her new owner would need to take her to get spayed to prevent unwanted kittens, and we have already made the appointment. We are asking a rehoming fee of $70 which will go toward the cost of her spay appointment, which I have already made.We also want to make sure that she has a stable and long term home.
