Principle Responsibilities • Load pallets with products safely and accurately, ensuring shipments will arrive undamaged • Closely follow guidelines for fulfilling outbound shipments • Maintain a clean and safe work environment; perform housekeeping duties throughout shift • Operate handheld RF scanner, lift trucks, and pallet jacks, as needed • Work at a brisk pace while maintaining safety and accuracy • Contribute ideas for ongoing improvements Qualifications • Ability to comfortably lift 30-50 pounds with occasional two-person lifting of up to 75 pounds • High attention to detail • Can-do attitude with a customer-first focus Shifts • 1st: Monday - Friday, 5am-1:30pm (Flexible Start Times Available) o $14.50-$18.50 + $800 Sign-On Bonus o Currently working OT • 2nd: Monday - Friday, 2pm-10:30pm (Flexible Start Times Available) o $14.50-$18.50 + $1.00 Shift Differential + $800 Sign-On Bonus o Currently working OT • Part Time Positions available with Flexible Schedules Benefits • A full range of health and wellness benefits, eligible after 90-days • 401k + Company Match • Steel Toe Shoe Reimbursement • $800 sign-on bonus after 120-days of full time employment and in good standing (Effective 6/01/2021) • Career Development Opportunities • Employee Referral Program & More!
