General Yard/Property Maintenance

I have a small acreage in West Des Moines and am looking for regular maintenance help. Examples of jobs would be mulching, raking, weed pulling, light tree trimming, all dependent on the season. I estimate needing services 4-5 hours per week, and will pay 25$ cash per hour for a reliable worker. I am not interested in short term workers, if things work out I picture this being a regular gig.
