Qualified candidates will possess the following: Lawn Care Crew Member: - A valid driver's license. - An absolute commitment to customer service. - A focus on quality and efficiency. - Team player and problem solving skills - Be a fast learner - Must Be able to have transportation to work and be able to be on time on a consist basis Compensation and benefits for Landscape Crew Member: - Depends on Experience Competitive pay! - 40 hours of PTO after 90 days -Paid Vip Gym membership after 90 days - 60 hours of PTO after 1 year - Bonus Package based on crew performance Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour Weekly pay starting depends on experience.
